Juliet and Kate share an awkward moment at the motor pool

Juliet is introducing Kate to the tools and work involved in the motor pool which she has been assigned to. After Juliet explains the tools and the engine's they work on and asks her "You have no idea what I'm talking about do you?" Kate admits she doesn't know anything about the mechanic work. Kate then tells Juliet that Hurley told her about Juliet and Sawyer's relationship. Juliet says she's relieved that Hurley told Kate because she didn't know how to tell Kate without it sounding like she was telling her to stay away from Sawyer.

As they're talking, Horace drives up in one of the vans. Phil and Radzinsky march Sayid back towards the security building. Sawyer stops and looks at Juliet and Kate together and then moves on.

Here we see the tension between Juliet, Kate and Sawyer brewing some more. This dynamic will undoubtedly become more volatile in coming episodes.
