We rejoin the folks in Ben's house after Locke has explained what happened to him up to and about his resurrection. Sun says that what Locke told her is impossible. Locke says "But here I am. I don't know how, I don't know why, but I'm sure there's a very good reason for it." Frank points out the strange situation they're in and tries to convince Sun to go back to the Hydra island. Frank says he wants to try to fix the plane's radio and get some help. Locke tells Sun "If you leave with him you'll never find your husband again." He pauses and says "I'm all the help you need." Sun asks him if he knows how to find Jin. Locke says "I have some ideas," which is what Ben told Jack about going back to the island. Frank tells Sun he's leaving whether she comes with him or not. Sun tells Frank that she has to stay if there's a chance she can find Jin. Frank tells Sun to watch her back and then he leaves.
Sun asks "How do we find Jin?" Locke says "Ben has something to do first, isn't that right Ben?" He talks to Ben in a very condescending tone. Ben replies "Yes John, that's right." Locke tells him "Better get to it then." The rest is for the next post.
During this scene, we can see Ben standing by his bookshelf and a few books are visible. One book looks like Kings of Love: The Poetry and History of the Ni'Matullahi Sufi Order. On the lower shelf, another book is Uncle Tom's Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe. It looks like Roots may be next to that one and a book starting with Flowers... is on the other side.
[UPDATE: A reader has said that the pink book is The Once and Future King by T.H. White and to the left of it is Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes. Thanks for the tip.]

The book with the pink spine with the gold/brown box on it may be "The Once and Future King" by T.H. White. The one to the left of that appears to be "Flowers for Algernon" by Daniel Keyes.
