Jack meets Pierre Chang, Phil becomes suspcious of Kate

Jack gets called by Phil to accept his work assignment. Jack goes to the uniform station where he meets Pierre Chang (aka Marvin Candle, Edgar Halliwax, Mark Wickmund) who is filling in for Amy who has the day off after giving birth. Pierre tells Jack that he has been assigned as a workman based on his aptitude test. Jack seems to find this funny.

Kate is still waiting to be called when Phil approaches her. He can't find her name on his list or on the submarine manifest. He asks her who her recruiter was and she hesitates. Juliet comes in and says that Amy gave her a new list with some additions including Kate. Phil looks skeptical, but leaves Kate with Juliet. Juliet then introduces herself as though they had never met.
