Sawyer and Juliet discuss Kate, Juliet's nose bleeds

After reaching the beach in the canoe, Juliet and Sawyer continue the conversation they started before they were shot at. Sawyer tells her that he could have reached out and touched Kate or talked to her but he didn't because "what's done is done." Sawyer then points out that Juliet's nose is bleeding.
