Daniel shares info on with Miles about sickness
Miles asks Daniel about why the condition causing the nose bleeds is only affecting him and Charlotte. Daniel says that it has to do with the "duration of exposure," how much time one has spent on the island. This puzzles Miles who says he has only been there for two weeks. Daniel asks him "are you sure about that?"
