Here is Miles' ghostbusting device. It really doesn't seem to do anything considering he seems to have talked to Naomi without it. Here it anyway.

Miles' photo of Ben
Mrs. Gardner and her photos
Here's Mrs. Gardner who brings Miles to her house to get rid of the ghost of her murdered grandson. I've included a wide shot of the street she lives on. Inside the hosue, you'll see some photos on the wall, the main one resembles Mr. Eko as a kid(I'm not saying it's him, but there is a resemblance). Something about this woman and her family seems important or at least to tie in to something or someone we already know.
Locke's gunshot wounds
Here's Locke's gunshot wounds, front and back, from when Ben Shot him in "The Man Behind the Curtain." He confirms that he survived due to his missing kidney.
